What we do not do
Worth saying plainly, because some of it gets promised by people who cannot deliver it.
- We do not add or remove people
- WhatsApp gives software no way to do it, for anyone. We tell you who has paid and who has lapsed — and, once you tell us how many people are in the group, how many are in there without paying. The part you do by hand takes seconds.
- We do not host your content
- Your group stays your group. Stop using us and your community does not move, break, or need telling.
- We do not make members sign up
- No app, no password, no email, no code. A member is a phone number in a chat — which is the reason any of this works.

Common questions
Do I have to move my community?
No. Your group stays exactly where it is, with the same people in it. Saazro sits alongside it and handles the money and the membership list — it does not replace, migrate or import anything.
What does it cost?
0.5% to 2.5% of what you collect, depending on your plan — every rate is listed in Pricing above, and all of them are before GST. Free has no monthly fee. Pro is ₹1,499.00 a month and Studio is ₹4,999.00, also before GST. There is no setup fee. The processing fee the payment gateway charges is deducted as well, and shown as its own line so you always see the split.
Do my members need an app or an account?
No. A member sends a message, pays, and is in. There is no app to install, no password, no email address and no one-time code — we never send those, and anyone who does is not us.
What happens when someone stops paying?
They appear in your queue with the date they lapsed and what it is costing you. You remove them from the group yourself, because WhatsApp gives software no way to do it — see above.
Can a member cancel whenever they like?
Yes, by sending STOP. We record it straight away, and their access runs to the end of the period they have already paid for. To stop the UPI AutoPay itself, they remove it in their UPI app — that is immediate and it is theirs to do. If anything is charged after they cancel, they reply HELP and we refund it in full. We do not make anyone email us to leave.
Do you support Telegram, Instagram or Discord?
Not yet. WhatsApp is what is live today, and we would rather say so than list logos we cannot deliver.
