Terms of Service

Saazro is a technology platform operated by Anadre Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in Haryana, India. It lets a creator offer paid access to a community they run on WhatsApp, and lets a member pay for that access.

We are a technology provider. We are not a bank, not a payment aggregator, and not a party to the arrangement between a creator and their members. All collections and settlements are effected through payment aggregators authorised by the Reserve Bank of India.

WhatsApp provides no mechanism for adding or removing participants in a group programmatically. Admission to and removal from a creator’s group is performed by the creator. We report who has paid, who has lapsed, and who appears to be present without paying; we cannot enforce any of it, and we do not represent otherwise.

You are responsible for the community you run and everything you publish in it, for describing your offer accurately, and for delivering what you have described. You must comply with Indian law and with WhatsApp’s own terms.

You may not use Saazro to sell anything unlawful, to solicit investment or promise financial returns, to run a lottery, a betting service or a chit fund, or to offer content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes somebody else’s rights. We may suspend an account that does.

Our fee is a percentage of what you collect, shown to you before it is deducted. There is no monthly charge.

You are paying a creator for access to their community. What you receive is defined by that creator’s offer, not by us. Recurring memberships continue until you stop them; send STOP to our business number at any time.

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. WhatsApp, payment aggregators and banks are outside our control, and an outage in any of them affects what we can do.

To the extent Indian law permits, our liability arising from your use of Saazro is limited to the platform subscription fees and commission we received from you, whether paid separately or deducted from your payouts, in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for a creator’s failure to deliver what they promised.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rewari, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
